We are Prometheus.
We believe in the spark.
A 501(c)(3) nonprofit connecting people, practical innovation, and opportunity to build stronger communities for generations to come.
Technology-forward.
Community-rooted.
Prometheus centers its work on the people of the community. We bring together education, technical skills, and emerging technology to create employment and wealth that remain local.
Our focus is on economically distressed and transitioning communities. We work to strengthen local capacity, foster diverse participation, and connect economic development with the needs of residents and families.
Our innovation ecosystems connect schools, training providers, entrepreneurs, and employers. Through advanced construction technology, digital facility lifecycle management, and agritech, we help turn community potential into sustainable opportunity.
